![]() To me using the same setup for the FSS works very well. ![]() The normal setup to simulate a real F16 HOTAS with an X52 was to use the ministick to control the radar cursor on the throttle and the hat switches on the joystick to select or de-select a target. I spent a many years flying Falcon 4 with the X52. I set my FSS controls up this way from day one, because it allows me to operate the FSS in a natural way via HOTAS controls. In my case I have a profile setup to enable me to use the ministick to control the FSS movement, as this setup works for me. The ministick controller does move the mouse by default, but only if I have a profile loaded - which is why I suggested to the OP to create a profile and enable it.
